The Petroleum Refining Library has been under development for several years. During this time, our team has successfully solved many tasks related to creating digital twins for various Oil & Gas refining around the world. At the moment, we have accumulated considerable experience in addressing such problems and creating universal digital twin models for Oil & Gas.
Among the key tasks we have addressed, we can highlight the following:
1. Assessment of the impact on the production balance of Oil & Gas refining due to the construction of new plants for the deethanization of natural gas liquid (including changes in flows, component composition, and cost estimation).
2. Analysis of the «bottlenecks» in the functioning of Oil & Gas refining, along with the development of proposals for their elimination.
3. Performing an accurate “balance” calculations of incoming flows and resulting products.
4. Risk analysis of Oil & Gas refining, including the development of proposals to minimize future risk events.
5. Analysis of optimal options for pumping, compounding, and certification of products across several parallel reservoir parks of the Oil & Gas refining.
6. Detailed assessment of the feasibility of optimizing planning plans, taking into account all the specific features of processing plants.
